Are your games tested?

We do our best to make sure games are sold in working condition.

Cartridge-based games are tested for function before being sold.

Disc-based games are cleaned and inspected before being sold. Expensive disc games, questionable discs, and games that require extra attention are tested when needed. GameCube games are tested for the most part because they are more sensitive than many other disc formats.

We do not claim that every disc-based game is play-tested from beginning to end. With used games, that would not be practical. However, we take product quality seriously and back our products with warranty coverage.
