Most of the video games, consoles, and accessories we sell are used unless the product listing specifically says otherwise.

Because many of our products are pre-owned, condition can vary from item to item. We do our best to clean, inspect, test, and prepare items before they are sold. Some products may still show normal signs of previous use, such as light cosmetic wear, minor scuffs, label wear, case wear, or other age-related imperfections.

If condition is extremely important to you, especially as a collector, we recommend contacting us before ordering. We can double-check details on a specific item whenever possible.
